I’ve been asked to run the Comic Collective over at hitRECord.org for the month. Actually this post is pretty late and I’ve already been doing it.

For the Comic Collective I come up with prompts each week and illustrators can do a comic in response. Writers can participate by writing out scenes for artists on the site.

I’ve been doing some simple animated-ish cartoons for the videos.

I would strongly recommend giving hitRECord a try even if you aren’t interested in the Comic Collective. It has a very active community and full time staff that keeps it running. They also do books and a television show that pay from time to time.
